This support is non-medical. I don't provide nursing care, therapy, or grief counseling — I work alongside your medical providers, hospice, and other professionals as part of your circle of support.
You may also have heard this role called a death doula — it's the same work: a trained, compassionate companion who helps you plan, prepare, and feel supported through the end of life.
