Information on this website and in coaching sessions is educational and organizational in nature and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, or funeral-director advice. When professional advice or services are needed, clients are encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed professional."
In practice: Marcie may explain generally what common planning documents are designed to address and help you prepare questions for an attorney, but she does not draft, interpret, witness, or notarize legal documents, determine legal requirements, or provide legal advice. Financial coaching covers budgeting, organization, and accountability — never investment, tax, credit-repair, or bankruptcy advice. End-of-life and funeral support is non-medical and non-clinical; Marcie is not a funeral director and does not sign funeral contracts on a client's behalf.
